Appointment Policies

Booking & Deposits

​

All appointments require a 20% non-refundable deposit at the time of booking. Your appointment is not secured until the deposit has been received. Deposits are deducted from the total cost of your service on the day of your appointment.

​

Cancellations & No-Shows

​

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment, or failure to attend your appointment (no-shows), will incur a 50% fee of the service amount.

  • This fee must be paid before any future appointments can be booked.

Existing Clients Only

​

Online booking is strictly for existing clients only.

  • Any bookings made by new clients who have not been accepted via the waitlist will be automatically cancelled.

​

New Clients & Patch Tests​

​

All new clients are required to have a patch test at least 48 hours prior to any colour service.

  • Appointments will not go ahead without a completed patch test.

  • It is the client’s responsibility to book and attend a patch test within the required timeframe.

​

Late Arrivals

​

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service or, if the delay is significant, the appointment may need to be cancelled and treated as a late cancellation.

​

By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and agree to all of the above policies.
